Trax Burgers and Bar is now open for dine-in inside or on their outdoor patio, takeout, and delivery. For every entree purchased, they will be donating a meal to Second Harvest Heartland in their fight against youth hunger. Visit their website at traxburgersandbar.com to make a reservation!

do you have coat check

Yes! The Fillmore Minneapolis does offer Coat Check for a fee. Space is very limited and is while space allows. 

How do I request Accessible Seating?

The Fillmore Minneapolis is fully accessible with multiple options for guests. To inquire about ADA seating, please contact us via email or phone with the show you're interested in and contact information. It is fine to purchase a General Admission ticket to the show prior to your request.

What Can I bring into the venue

The Fillmore has a clear bag policy. Only the following bags are allowed: 

-Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")

-Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")

All bags and persons are subject to being checked. 

 

We do not allow weapons of any kind, including pepper spray so please leave those items behind. 

We also do not allow vapes or other similar products

Where are you located?

We are located right at Target Field Station in the North Loop, at 525 N. 5th St.

The box office is located just under the Target Field Station tracks on the other side of Caribou Coffee

what is the closest hotel?

You're in luck! The Element by Westin is attached to the Fillmore! Book your stay now to be just a few steps away from Trax Burgers and Bar & The Fillmore! Check them out here.

Where can I park?

The Fillmore does not have a parking lot. We are located directly on the Target Field station light rail stop. Metered parking is available on surrounding streets through the City and a handful of area lots ramps are just a few blocks away. Ramps will appear on any GPS, the nearest behind the building as well as Ramp B.

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS TO UPCOMING SHOWS WHEN THEY GO ON SALE?

Once tickets go on sale, you can visit The Fillmore or Ticketmasterto purchase tickets online.You may also purchase in-person at the Fillmore Box Office during these hours:

Monday's & Wednesday's: Noon to 5PM

Friday's: 10AM - 5PM

A limited number of tickets are also sold in-person at the Electric Fetus, while inventory lasts.

Can I change the name on Will Call tickets? Either I can’t go, or I want to pick up a friends tickets.

All changes must happen by the original ticket purchaser at the original point of purchase. (Do not contact the Fillmore Box Office directly as we will direct you to your original point of purchase.)

Purchased online via LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com: Original ticket purchaser must contact Ticketmaster directly at 800-653-8000 to change the name

Purchased in-person at the Box Office: Great news! You’ve already got your hard-tickets and can just hand them off to your friend!

Purchased on a 3rd-party site such as Stub Hub or Craigslist: We are unable to support tickets purchased from 3rd party sites. You will need to work within those systems to re-allocate purchases.

Contest Winner: Please touch base with your original point of contact and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.

SUPPORT THAT WAS ANNOUNCED IS NO LONGER PLAYING THE SHOW, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunetly, you cannot get a refund when support for a show changes or drops off. All Support artsists are subject to change.
